In the past 21 yrs, Dr. Phillips has gathered a wide spectrum of clinical experiences including hospital, urgent care, and enjoyed providing state of the art medical care for children, adolescents, and men and women of all ages, in the settings of private practice, Kaiser, and County Dept of Public Health.
Dr. Phillips sees her medical profession as her life passion and is dedicated to heal and to partner with her patients to achieve optimal health via cutting-edge, evidence-based medicine, compassion, and education. In her tireless effort to provide comprehensive whole-person care, Dr. Phillips has acquired additional training and has expertise in both functional medicine, cosmetic dermatology, and regenerative medicine via ultrasound guided joint injections.
Dr. Phillips has a big heart and she looks for opportunities to change lives one at a time whether here with her patients, in her personal life among her family and friends, or overseas volunteering in a medical mission overseas.
Dr. Phillips is fluent in American English, Mandarin Chinese, and Medical Spanish.
Physician Assistant: Tiffany Kaufman, MPH, PA-C
Tiffany has practiced medicine full time as a Physician Assistant since 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed the PA program at Novasoutheastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she also obtained a Master's degree in Public Health.
Tiffany has over 8 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as over 8 years in Family Medicine/ Urgent Care. She is a caring healer with keen clinical insights and goes out of her way to restore folks back to optimal health.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running marathons, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
Physician: Dr. Kyle Meyer - Sports Medicine
Dr. Meyer is a Board Certified Sports Medicine and Non-Surgical Orthopedics specialist. He is an expert in treating sports injuries, tendonitis and arthritis, with cutting edge technologies like ultrasound-guided injections. After medical school at Midwestern University in Arizona and Family Medicine Residency at Rutgers University in New Jersey, Dr. Meyer received Ivy-league specialty education via Sports Medicine Fellowship at University of Pennsylvania, where he was an assistant team physician for the Philadelphia Eagles in the year that they won NFL Super Bowl Championship in 2018.
Nurse Practitioner: Kim Corcoran
Kim has worked in the hospital as a nurse in cardiac and orthopedic units since 2012. She is a graduate of master program from Cal State San Marcos, and board certified as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice. Kim is a caring healer and goes above and beyond in looking for ways to optimize health and prevent disease.
Nurse Practitioner: Kim Arciaga
Kim Arciaga got her Bachelor Degree from UCLA in Sociology and worked as a nurse in the ER for 5 years at Loma Linda University before she pursued Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner Studies at UCLA. Kim's extensive clinical experience combined with her excellent bedside manner and desire to really help her patients makes her an excellent clinician.
Nurse Practitioner: Michele Broad
Michele is a UCLA-trained nurse practitioner with 25 years of experience. She is certified in both Adult Medicine and Gynecology and has a passion for Women's Health.
