In the past 18 yrs, Dr. Phillips has gathered a wide spectrum of clinical experiences including hospital, urgent care, and enjoyed providing state of the art medical care for children, adolescents, and men and women of all ages, in the settings of private practice, Kaiser, and County Dept of Public Health.
Dr. Phillips sees her medical profession as her life passion, and is dedicated to heal and to partner with her patients to achieve optimal health via cutting edge, evidence based medicine, compassion, and education.
Dr. Phillips has a big heart and she looks for opportunities to change lives one at a time whether here with her patients, in her personal life among her family and friends, or overseas volunteering in a medical mission overseas.
Dr. Phillips is fluent in American English, Mandarin Chinese, and Medical Spanish.
Physician Assistant Tiffany Kaufman, MPH, PA-C
Tiffany has practiced medicine full time as a Physician Assistant since 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed the PA program at Novasoutheastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she also obtained a Master's degree in Public Health.
Tiffany has over 8 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as over 5 years in Family Medicine/ Urgent Care. She is a caring healer with keen clinical insights and goes out of her way to restore folks back to optimal health. She works closely as a team with all the physicians on our team to ensure best possible outcomes for our patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running marathons, skiing and spending time with family and friends.

After completing her training in 2010, she went on to work full-spectrum Family Medicine for the under-served patient population on the west side of Chicago. Dr. Changchien has enjoyed caring for all patients including pediatric, obstetric, and adults in her clinical experience.
She derives the most satisfaction in teaching patients to be empowered to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health.
When Dr. Stephanie is not at work she is dedicated to raising two beautiful little girls with the help of her devoted husband, who is a physician practicing in the specialty of Colorectal Surgery.

After working for many years 2001-2007 as a clinical lab scientist at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Dr. Ganchingco followed her calling to become a physician and proceeded to pursue a medical degree in Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Ganchingco is a compassionate physician always seeking to make a positive difference in the lives of every patient, by treating the whole person through careful listening and by practicing evidence based medicine.
In her years of professional career and throughout her training in medicine, she has consistently gone above and beyond her regular duty and served the poor by volunteering in various capacities in the local and global community, offering her care and skills to those who are less fortunate.
She enjoys partnering with doctors and other health professionals who are serving in third world countries.
Physician Assistant: Fernando Quezada, PA-C, MPAS
Fernando is a highly experienced and skilled clinician with over 15 years of full time practice in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Urgent Care medicine.
Having graduated from one of the top PA schools in the nation at University of Southern California, his rigorous training was completed in the rich learning environment at the Los Angeles County - USC Medical Center.
In addition to keeping up with the latest advances and applying cutting edge evidence-based medicine, Fernando is superbly skilled in procedures, sports medicine and joint injections so that our patients can get better as quickly as possible. You can be confident that his clinical diagnosis and recommendations are based on expert-level decision making with the intention to "do no harm" as well as to optimize effective healing.
Fernando is a hardworking and caring father of 2 lovely children, and a dedicated husband to his beloved bride, who is also a physician assistant.

Nurse Practitioner: Christina O'Brien, NP
Christina O’Brien received her Bachelor of Science in nursing at
Lakeview College in Illinois in 2009. She then worked for 4 years as a
surgical/trauma intensive care unit registered nurse in South Carolina,
traveled with her spouse to different ICU’s in California for 1.5 years, and then worked another year and a half as an
emergency room nurse at Loma Linda in Murrieta, California. Christina received her Master of Science in
Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Simmons College in Boston 2015.
has a true passion for helping others.
She assisted on a mission trip to Guatemala in 2011 to provide
preventative care to the local community. She also volunteers in the local
Lestonnac free health clinic for those who do not have any type of health
Nurse Practitioner: Michelle Broad, NP
Michele Broad holds 2 Nurse Practitioner Certificates. One in OB/GYN and the other in Adult Medicine. She graduated with honors from UCLA with a BSN, and then went on to get her Nurse Practitioner certificates from Harbor-UCLA and a Master in Nursing from CSULB. She also holds a national certification as an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner. She has practiced medicine for the past 25 years and owned her own Solo Nurse Practitioner practice in California for 8 of those years. She has worked with thousands of patients over her career and has loved every minute of it.
