In the past 20 yrs, Dr. Phillips has gathered a wide spectrum of clinical experiences including hospital, urgent care, and enjoyed providing state of the art medical care for children, adolescents, and men and women of all ages, in the settings of private practice, Kaiser, and County Dept of Public Health.

Staff Physician: Wojtek Dajnowicz, M.D. ("Voytek Dinovich")
Dr. Dajnowicz grew up in Poland where since youth he has aspired to do international relief work as a physician. He applied himself and became fluent in English, Polish and Russian.
He then pursued higher education in the US, receiving the highest honors in both Bachelor and MD degrees, and was elected by Loma Linda School of Medicine for invitation to the exclusive and very prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, an elite group of the finest physicians in the country.
Dr. Dajnowicz is committed to advancing medicine and has conducted numerous research projects. He is lead author of multiple scientific publications, and has presented study results at international symposiums, while a member of the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery. He is also a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and routinely receives extensive training on the latest advances and techniques in Sports Medicine.
After completing Orthopedic Surgery Internship at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Dr. Dajnowicz recognized that there is a great and often unfilled need for effective, non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. He has made it his mission to help his patients live full and active lifestyles by employing cutting edge, often safer and minimally invasive techniques, making surgery truly an option of the last resort. He is an accomplished clinically focused on sports medicine, spine and joint pain disorders, using a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to optimize recovery.
On a personal note, Dr. Dajnowicz has often volunteered in the local community and at his church. He is a proud father of 2 athletic boys, and in his free time he enjoys travelling, hiking, running, camping, snowboarding, kite surfing and paddle boarding.
Nurse Practitioner: Peter O'Brien, NP
Peter O'Brien is an attentive and compassionate nurse practitioner dedicated to outstanding, state-of-the-art health care. Mr. O'Brien attended the prestigious Simmons College, where he received his nurse practitioner degree, and has had wonderful reviews from patients over the past year in family medicine.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys surfing, reading books, and traveling. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the CA Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Physician Assistant Tiffany Kaufman, MPH, PA-C
Tiffany has practiced medicine full time as a Physician Assistant since 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed the PA program at Novasoutheastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she also obtained a Master's degree in Public Health.
Tiffany has over 8 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as over 5 years in Family Medicine/ Urgent Care. She is a caring healer with keen clinical insights and goes out of her way to restore folks back to optimal health. She works closely as a team with all the physicians on our team to ensure best possible outcomes for our patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running marathons, skiing and spending time with family and friends.

After completing her training in 2010, Dr. Changchien went on to work full-spectrum Family Medicine for the under-served patient population on the west side of Chicago. Dr. Changchien has enjoyed caring for all patients including pediatric, obstetric, and adults in her clinical experience.
She derives the most satisfaction in teaching patients to be empowered to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health.
When Dr. Stephanie is not at work she is dedicated to raising two beautiful little girls with the help of her devoted husband, who is a physician practicing in the specialty of Colo-rectal Surgery.

Dr Li grew up in rural southern New Jersey.
He became inspired to become a physician while volunteering as a college student at a charity hospital in Egypt. Nine years later, he received his doctor degree from Western University of Health Sciences and went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Since residency, Dr. Li has served as a physician for the Native American population on various nearby reservations. He has consistently shown sincere concern and enthusiasm for helping patients improve their overall wellness.
