In the past 18 yrs, Dr. Phillips has gathered a wide spectrum of clinical experiences including hospital, urgent care, and enjoyed providing state of the art medical care for children, adolescents, and men and women of all ages, in the settings of private practice, Kaiser, and County Dept of Public Health.
Dr. Phillips sees her medical profession as her life passion, and is dedicated to heal and to partner with her patients to achieve optimal health via cutting edge, evidence based medicine, compassion, and education.
Dr. Phillips has a big heart and she looks for opportunities to change lives one at a time whether here with her patients, in her personal life among her family and friends, or overseas volunteering in a medical mission overseas.
Dr. Phillips is fluent in American English, Mandarin Chinese, and Medical Spanish.

After completing her training in 2010, she went on to work full-spectrum Family Medicine for the under-served patient population on the west side of Chicago. Dr. Changchien has enjoyed caring for all patients including pediatric, obstetric, and adults in her clinical experience.
She derives the most satisfaction in teaching patients to be empowered to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health.
Dr. Changchien is fluent in English and Spanish.
Physician Assistant Tiffany Kaufman, MPH, PA-C
Tiffany has practiced medicine full time as a Physician Assistant since 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed the PA program at Novasoutheastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she also obtained a Master's degree in Public Health.
Tiffany has over 8 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as over 4 years in Family Medicine/ Urgent Care. She is a caring healer with keen clinical insights and goes out of her way to restore folks back to optimal health. She works closely as a team with all the physicians on our team to ensure best possible outcomes for our patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running half marathons, skiing and spending time with family and friends.

After working for many years 2001-2007 as a clinical lab scientist at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Dr. Ganchingco followed her calling to become a physician and proceeded to pursue a medical degree in Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Ganchingco is a compassionate physician always seeking to make a positive difference in the lives of every patient, by treating the whole person through careful listening and by practicing evidence based medicine.
In her years of professional career and throughout her training in medicine, she has consistently gone above and beyond her regular duty and served the poor by volunteering in various capacities in the local and global community, offering her care and skills to those who are less fortunate.
She enjoys partnering with doctors and other health professionals who are serving in third world countries, and plans on going overseas to help on a regular basis.
